Terms

Version 2026-10 · Effective

These terms cover your use of techdonut.com, operated by Tech Donut LLC ("Tech Donut", "we"). By using the site you agree to them.

Using this website

You may read the site and use its forms for their stated purpose. Do not try to disrupt it, probe it for weaknesses, scrape it at volume, or submit information about a business or person you are not entitled to give us. The content of this site, including text, design and examples, belongs to Tech Donut or its licensors; you may share a link to a page but not copy the site. We may change or remove content at any time. The site is provided as it is, and we do not promise it will always be available or error-free.

Audits, previews and concept examples

A free website audit is a bounded review of the public pages of a website, checked by a person before we publish it. It reflects what we could see on the day we looked, does not promise any result, and is not legal, security or accessibility certification. We review only websites we are allowed to review, and may refuse or stop a request. A report is private to the person we send it to: please do not forward its link. A working preview or concept example shows a possible direction, is not a finished website, may use sample content, and expires. Neither an audit nor a preview creates an agreement to build or maintain a website.

Services are covered by a separate agreement

Website builds and Keep It Fresh care are provided only under a signed service agreement, which sets the scope, price, payment schedule, ownership, revisions, and what happens if care ends. If these terms and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls. To see the agreement before you decide, write to hello@techdonut.com.
