How we work
Tech Donut combines software, automation and hands-on engineering to give local businesses what normally takes several tools, freelancers or agencies.
You get one point of contact who knows your site, answers your messages and does the work.
What we hold ourselves to
Show the evidence
When we say something on your site is getting in the way, we point to it. Where we can, we build a working preview so you can see the change instead of imagining it.
Say what we don't know
An audit sees what is public on your website. It can't see your sales or your phone calls, and we won't dress up a guess as a forecast.
Scope before price
The price and the timeline come from a written scope that you approve. Anything outside it is quoted before it starts.
A person does the work
A person reviews every audit, builds every site and reads every message. Software helps us; it doesn't decide for us.
The ownership promise
A website you paid for should be yours.
- You own the custom site we build for you once the build is paid in full.
- Third-party parts, such as fonts, stock photos and software libraries, keep their own licenses. We list them in your scope.
- Where possible, your domain is registered in an account you control.
- Keep It Fresh is not required to keep ownership of your site.
- If you decline Keep It Fresh, we deliver an export of the site and the launch or migration help agreed in your scope, and we agree in writing who hosts and maintains it.
